This privacy statement describes our handling of personal information collected to provide our services to members and other partners. The manager in charge of the organization is the director of the organisation unless tasks are delegated. Inquiries for access, rectification or deletion of personal data can be sent to info@vest-sahara.no. 

Newsletter (in Norwegian only)
In order for us to send you newsletters in Norwegian you must register your e-mail address with us. This is stored in a separate database, not shared with others and the email address is deleted when it is no longer in use. The newsletter list is not used for any purpose other than to send out newsletters. 

Use of cookies 
Our website uses cookies to map visitors and their use. We do this to personalize and make our site as relevant to our visitors as possible. The cookies do not contain personal information. You can prevent cookies from being stored on your computer by changing your browser settings. 

Google Analytics 
We use Google Analytics to measure our site traffic. Our purpose in this is to learn how our users use our website and provide us with information on how to improve our website. All data sent to Google Analytics is anonymized. 

E-mail 
You can email us, but keep in mind that all businesses are vulnerable to data theft. Therefore, you should not email sensitive content. If we receive such an email, we process the email according to content and delete it immediately. No personal information is shared with third parties.

Membership 
From our members we collect name, address, telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address. We need this information to provide an adequate offer and information related to membership. When you join the organization, you consent to each area and you allow the organization to use personal information for newsletters (unless you have asked not to receive it), invitations to events, etc. Upon termination of membership, your personal information will be deleted. As a member, you will receive our newsletter approximately 3-4 times a year - unless you have noted that you do not wish to receive it. You may receive SMS from us from time to time. If you do not wish to receive these, you are adviced to inform us about it.
