The Norwegian Support Committee for Western-Sahara (NSCWS) works exclusively on a voluntary basis. And most activities are financed from our on pockets. To do even more we depend on your help.
Become a member. Individual membership costs a minimum of 100 NOK a year, but you are welcome to give more. Members have the opportunity to attend our membership meetings twice a year. And have meeting- and voting rights at our General Assembly.
Also organisations can become members of NSCWS. For organisations the annual membership fee is 1000 NOK.
Gifts are also welcome.
Membership fees and gifts can be submitted to the Norwegian bank account number (IBAN) NO97 0532 16 31985, (BIC / Swift) DNBANOKKXXX. Remember to mark your payment with your name. Since 1975, three quarters of the territory of Western Sahara has been occupied by Morocco. A majority of the population is still living in refugee camps in Algeria. Those who remained in their homeland are subjected to serious harassment from the Moroccan occupiers. For more than 40 years the Sahrawis have been waiting for the fullfilment of their legitimate right to self-determination.
